Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MeshWeave — including submitting URLs for analysis, viewing results, creating an account, or using the API — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MeshWeave is operated as an open-source project. The source code is available under the MIT License. These terms apply to the hosted service at this domain. If you run MeshWeave yourself, the MIT license applies to that copy.
Permitted & prohibited use
What you can do
- Lawful analysis — submit URLs you own or have authorisation to analyse for AEO and GEO scoring.
- Share results — use unique shareable URLs to distribute analysis reports with colleagues, clients, or the public.
- Track improvements — re-analyse sites over time to measure the impact of changes to your content and structure.
- Use the API — integrate MeshWeave scoring into your own tools and workflows, subject to rate limits.
What you cannot do
- Bypass restrictions — do not use MeshWeave to circumvent paywalls, authentication barriers, CAPTCHAs, or other technical access controls on target websites.
- Automated abuse — do not submit URLs at scale via scripts or bots in a manner that degrades service availability for other users.
- Resell data — do not scrape, bulk-export, or resell analysis results, community data, or scoring outputs as a competing product or dataset.
- Harmful use — do not use the service to harass, defame, or cause harm to individuals or organisations.
Intellectual property
MeshWeave source code
MeshWeave is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to view, modify, fork, and self-host the software in accordance with that license. These terms of service apply only to the hosted instance operated at this domain.
Your content & analysis results
You retain any rights you hold in the URLs you submit. By submitting a URL, you grant MeshWeave a limited licence to fetch, process, and analyse the content at that URL for the purpose of generating scores and recommendations. Analysis results generated by MeshWeave are owned by MeshWeave and made available to you under these terms.
User content & visibility
Public submissions. When you submit a URL without signing in, the resulting analysis is public by default. Public analyses are accessible via a unique URL and may appear in the community feed, domain index pages, and search engine results.
Private submissions. Signed-in users receive private analyses by
default. Private results are accessible only via their UUID URL and include a noindex tag to
prevent search engine indexing.
Claiming. Anonymous public analyses may be claimed by a signed-in user after 24 hours, provided no other user has already claimed them.
Responsibility. You are responsible for the URLs you submit. Do not submit URLs to content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to analyse.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
No warranties
MeshWeave is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results, scores, or recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeshWeave and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.
Scoring disclaimer
AEO, GEO, and AAX scores produced by MeshWeave are informational metrics based on automated analysis of publicly observable signals. They are not guarantees of search engine ranking, AI visibility, or commercial performance. Scores should be used as one input among many in your optimisation strategy, not as a sole basis for business decisions.
Service availability & changes
Availability
We aim to keep MeshWeave available but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to impose rate limits and restrict access to prevent abuse.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MeshWeave after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MeshWeave at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Public analyses submitted prior to termination may remain in the community feed.
You may stop using MeshWeave at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at hello@meshweaveai.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeshWeave operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If something here feels unclear, we want to resolve it clearly and fairly.
